Designed with the young professional in mind and through efficient layouts and construction techniques, Velocity in the Gulch is an attainable and attractive housing option for the urban-minded professional who enjoys the liveliness of the city.

Consisting of 268 units, an imbedded parking structure for over 400 cars and 21,000 square feet of retail space, Velocity allows residents to be a part of a new Nashville walkable environment where the population can live, work and play within this active city.

The challenge of this project was the size of the site, creating tight constraints that required special attention due to the proximity of the railroad yard on the North side of the site.

Velocity in the Gulch is part of a LEED for Neighborhoods Development (LEED ND). Certified at the Silver Level, the neighborhood was only the fourth of its ranking in the world.
