Site planning for Marriott’s Residence Inn involved refinement of traffic circulation patterns, parking areas for 185 vehicles, landscape design and the accommodation of a free-standing restaurant on the six acre site.

Marriott's prototypical drawings were blended with a uniquely designed building consisting of 174 suites on four levels, including a gate-house and attached pool. This was the first 4-story Residence Inn in the U.S.

A residential character for this multi-story hotel property was essential. One and two bedroom suites boast warm and cozy ventless fireplaces. Interior openings were accommodated between the gatehouse lobby and the library.
