Open-air lifestyle center located on a 147 acre site set against the San Bernardino Mountains.

The project creates and defines a new "downtown", offering a rich, pedestrian setting in which to stroll, shop and dine. It offers an eclectic mix of architectural styles that are representative of the many cultures that contributed to the growth and success of the area. Existing street pattern is continued through project area.

ka was also the Design and Executive Architect for the Macy's store within the Victoria Gardens Regional Center. The Macy's store is one of the anchor tenants in the 1.3 million-square-foot, open-air lifestyle center and features a vast amount of glass providing visitors with a refreshing, open feel when shopping.
