Consisting of 268 units, a 145,000 square foot parking structure to park over 400 cars, and 21,000 square feet of retail space, Velocity is meeting its goal of being a walkable environment where residents can gather to decide on their evening enterntainment.

The challenges of this project are the size of the site creating tight constraints which require special attention due to the proximity of the railroad yard to the North side of the project.

The project was kicked off in November 2006 with the sales center scheduled to open in May 2007.  Velocity in the Gulch is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2009.
