Designed with the young professional in mind and through efficient layouts and construction techniques, Velocity in the Gulch is an attainable and attractive housing option for the urban-minded professional who enjoys the liveliness of the city.

Consisting of 268 units, an imbedded parking structure for over 400 cars, and 21,000 square feet of retail space, Velocity is meeting its goal of being a part of a new Nashville walk-able environment where residents can live, work and play within this active city.

The challenges of this project are where the size of the site creating tight constraints that require special attention due to the proximity of the railroad yard on the North side of the site.
