ka provided initial architectural design concepts and site and unit layouts with floor plans for the proposed 31-suite, luxury condominiums on a tight ocean front parcel on Sand Key, located near Clearwater, Florida.

The condominiums offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Each residence encompasses over 2,300 square feet complete with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a balcony. Included in the design is a private underground parking garage and the availability of limited secured parking.
