The master plan for this unique 895-acre quarry site includes a mix of residential, recreation, entertainment, and hospitality uses while preserving and enhancing 635 acres of existing trees and nine quarries. The gated entry community's residential component will feature 1,150 single, multi-family, and small farms that include private stables.
A 311,200 square foot clubhouse will become the focal recreation and entertainment hub with condominium suites, active center, restaurants, and spa and fitness center. Other amenities of the plan include a marina with capacity for 93 boat slips, an Equestrian Center with 60 permanent stables, two 65' x 200' dressage areas, a 200' x 100' indoor show arena, and a 200' x 150' outdoor show arena. Equestrian and Multipurpose trails will be integrated throughout the grounds of the development.
The former Cleveland Quarries property offers an opportunity to create home sites adjacent to the dramatic quarry cliffs, while the site will be developed for vast amounts of passive and active recreational uses, such as kayaking, sailing, water and cross country skiing, trap shooting, scuba diving, and equestrian events.
