Located in a suburb west of Chicago, The Promenade Bolingbrook is phase II of a multi-phased project. This mixed-use center is anchored by Macy's and Bass Pro Shops. In addition, the center includes a mix of various retail shops as well as approximately 40,000 sf of office space. This phase of the project opened in April 2007.

In May 2007, this project became LEED Certified.
