Southpointe Town Center will be a collection of multi-story buildings whose massing and quality of design will expand beyond the typical retail village.  Ground level retail and two to four levels of office or residential above will create a street cross section that feels semi-urban and very walkable.  High open storefronts intend to attract national retailers and create a bright pedestrian friendly façade.

It is the intention that each building will contain an additional level of detail through the incorporation of decorative stone accents, metal or glass canopies and decorative light sconces.  Upper level windows will also contain clear glass and warm colored metal frames.

Also in the plans are a children’s play area allowing kids to enjoy the shopping experience and giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy the family time.  A fire pit will welcome visitors to linger and enjoy a coffee or an ice-cream cone from one of the freestanding retail kiosks.
