The Master Plan and Programming for the University of Rochester College Town develops on a theme introduced by the University to provide a connected urban neighborhood that will complete the East third of their Medical Center Campus. Office, Residential and Retail uses are organized on this moderately sloping site to provide a transition to the surrounding community and connection to the Medical Center, while taking advantage of the topography.
