Located near Grand Rapids, a total of six stores serve as anchors to this 1.3M sf mall. An entertainment spine intersects the mall at its midpoint and includes a 20-screen cinema, an 850-seat food court, restaurants and a 25,000 sf bookstore. In addition to the anchor tenants, the mall itself contains 113 stores and restaurants.

The design relates to Western Michigan through art, graphics and architecture that recall Michigan lakes, rivers, bridges and lighthouses. The lighthouse logo, fitted onto the glass handrail, decorates all second level bridge locations. The food court interweaves a nautical Great Lakes theme and includes a 25-foot tall carousel with hand-painted, jeweled animals. The floor includes patterns of nautical flags in the circulation areas. Seating includes chairs with lighthouse logos and tabletops with Michigan lighthouses.
