Macy's is one of the three anchor tenants at The Orchard Town Center, a mixed-use regional center for north Denver.

Inspired by the surrounding prairie, the design of the two-level 140,000 sf project incorporates arts and crafts styling in both its building and landscape.

The store is part of the approximately 300,000 square foot pedestrian retail district, in which ka served as the executive architect for and developed the contract documents and provided construction administration.
