ICON in the Gulch: Nashville, Tennessee

The industrial neighborhood in downtown Nashville, known as The Gulch, was transformed into a mixed-use, urban neighborhood complete with housing, restaurants, and retail space. ICON in the Gulch is designed to appeal to urban dwellers seeking upscale residences with amenities landscaped terraces, a pool, and enclosed parking. Sitting atop 26,000 square feet of first floor retail, 418 residential units are contained within mid- and high-rise towers. An imbedded six-story parking structure provides space for 880 vehicles. ICON in the Gulch received ULI Nashville's Excellence in Development Award.
