An older industrial neighborhood in downtown Nashville was transformed into a new mixed-use, urban neighborhood complete with housing, restaurants, and retail space. 

ICON in the Gulch  is designed to appeal to urban dwellers seeking upscale residences with amenities such as landscaped terraces, a pool, and enclosed parking. 

Sitting atop 26,000 square feet of first floor retail, 418 residential units are contained within mid- and high-rise towers.  A six-story parking structure provides space for 880 vehicles.

Groundbreaking took place in March 2006 and the project opened Summer 2008.

In 2009, ICON in the Gulch received ULI Nashville's Excellence in Development Award.
