The Four Seasons is a luxury, gated apartment community consisting of approximately 500 suites in a building cluster surrounding a 1,000-car underground parking garage. Located across from Beachwood Place Mall, the complex consists of a four-story,five-story, and a nine-story building.

The project is comprised on one, two, and three bedroom suites and luxury penthouse units. The suites range in size from 1,100 square foot one bedroom units, to 2,200 square foot deluxe two and three bedroom units. This high-scale residential facility features a lobby with a nine-story atrium, a party room, guest suites, swimming pool, tennis courts, and an aerobic fitness center.
