In the heart of downtown Cleveland, Courthouse Towers was aimed at offering a commanding presence in a mixed-use facility complete with hospitality, office, and entertainment venues. The conceptual 16-story hotel contained 330 suites, with 6 stories of offices, totaling 150,000 sf. The two would share parking and amenities. The lower two floors housed a ballroom, meeting rooms, swimming pool, and complete spa. A sports bar and restaurant were incorporated to add an entertainment component.
