The open-air design features lush landscape, pedestrian links, and public plazas. It also uses natural, local materials and color palettes to create a comfortable, authentic experience. A unique terraced design strategy on a sloping site maximizes prominent ocean views.

The tenants are a combination of local, national, and international; including a multiplex cinema, national anchor stores, and international restaurant concepts. This project offers a "town center" to a thriving tourist destination, while also serving as a local and regional destination.

6,000+ private residences are to be built on the adjacent property to the north.
