This main street lifestyles center is part of a 3-phase masterplan for a mixed-use development and will integrate a town center concept throughout all phases.

The open-air design features lush landscape, pedestrian links and public plazas. It also uses natural, local material and color palette to create a comfortable, authentic experience. A unique terraced  design strategy on a sloping site maximizes prominent ocean views.

The tenants are a combination of local, national and international; including a multiplex cinema, 2 national anchor stores and international restaurant concepts. This project offers a "town center" to a thriving tourist destination , while  serving as a local and regional destination.

6,000 + private residences planned for adjacent property to the north.

Cabos Town Center is projected to open in 2009.
