ka continues to work with Stoltz Management Company on the redevelopment of the 100 acre Dupont office park located on Lancaster Pike and Route 141 in Wilmington, Delaware. The existing site is occupied by numerous 2 story office buildings, which will be razed in phases to allow for the redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed use neighborhood including a blend of retail, restaurant, office space, residential, hospitality, fitness, and entertainment activities.
