ka architecture and Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corporation teamed up, along with The Martin Architectural Group PC of Philadelphia (master plan & residential design architect), to redevelop and design the 2.1 million square foot, mixed-use, town center in Annapolis, Maryland. Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, replaced Parole Plaza, which was once the only major retail center in the Annapolis area. Centrally located less than 30 miles from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland, the center is designed to attract users and patrons from both locations.

The 33-acre site features a grand boulevard with 600,000 square feet of retail space. Anchored by a multilevel Target and Whole Foods and numerous restaurants. Sitting atop the ground level retail are 358 Phase I residential units with the ability to build 900 units, some offering views of the Chesapeake Bay. The new center includes 120,000 square feet of office space, a future hotel, parking garages, and a skating rink.
