This highly visible project in downtown Calgary I designed to feature an eleven story 161 room hotel and twelve story residential tower offering 91 varied condominium units. The towers are connected by a landscape plaza, rooftop lounge with amenity spaces that overlook Calgary and the mountains.

The project will feature sustainable materials detailed and patterned rooftop gardens and public arts program. The towers will be built atop a three level underground garage for a 383 cars and 37,500 sf of street level restaurants and shops.
