As Vice President of Business Development for KA, a NELSON Brand, Craig Wasserman is responsible for KA’s client initiatives. He leads the firm’s business development efforts, defining objectives for retention and growth. Craig also oversees select projects ranging from shopping centers and department stores to intricate hospitality venues, relating his 30 years of experience and knowledge from various areas in the firm. He takes great pride in serving his longstanding clients that return with new commissions, while simultaneously dedicating himself to establishing relationships with new clients.

Wasserman has established a reputation for developing and leading a well-organized, flexible team. Throughout his career, he has handled both small- and large-scale projects entirely from site development and design, through construction documents and construction administration.

Craig is a graduate of Miami University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is licensed to practice architecture in 14 states including California.
